Yes, all public areas, restaurants and guest rooms are non-smoking.

WHEN IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Rooms are available to check-in at 3pm and check-out is 11am. If you need special arrangements, please contact the front desk.
HIGH-SPEED/WI-FI INTERNET ACCESS?
We are pleased to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for our guests!
DO YOU HAVE A BUSINESS CENTER?
We do not have a dedicated Business Center but our front desk team is happy to assist with any printing needs you may have.
DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND/OR SPA?
We do not have a pool, but we do have a spa on-site! Find the ultimate relaxation during your visit at The Woodhouse Day Spa.

IS THERE PARKING AT BOTTLEWORKS HOTEL?
Yes, we offer valet parking. Cost is $48 for overnight stays. Additional garage parking is located on the North West Corner of Carrollton and Massachusetts Ave. Rates may vary.
IS BOTTLEWORKS HOTEL PET FRIENDLY?

DO YOU OFFER LAUNDRY SERVICE OR DRY CLEANING?
Yes, we have valet dry cleaning Monday – Friday, pick-up 8:30am and return by 5pm. Pricing varies based on type and quantity of items.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancel 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
WHY IS THERE AN INCIDENTAL HOLD ON MY CARD?
Upon check-in, Bottleworks Hotel authorizes the total amount of Room & Tax, plus an additional $50 in the event of any incidentals. This authorization is released upon check-out, however your financial institution may take extra time to release those funds.
